How to Enable Airbnb Channel in LOS Mode
Contact Support
To create an Airbnb channel in LOS Mode, you must first contact support to enable this feature for your account.
Create a Channel (Optional)
Once the feature is enabled, you may create a new Airbnb Channel (this step is optional).
Enable LOS Mode
Choose your channel.
Click the Actions button.
Select Enable LOS Mode.
Configure Mapping
After enabling LOS Mode, open the Channel and go to the Mapping tab. You will see a new UI for LOS Mode:
Use the switch to change the mapping behavior from Standard Mode to LOS Mode.
Select the listings you want to use with LOS Mode and switch them over.
When complete, you will see a list of Rate Plans associated with the mapped Room Type.
Select which Rate Plans should be part of the LOS Mode sync.
Enable the switch for each required Rate Plan.
That’s it — your channel is now switched to LOS Mode and listings will be synced accordingly.
How LOS Mode Works
LOS Mode pulls inventory data for each date and rate and generates a pricing matrix based on:
Check-in date
Length of stay
Number of guests
Example:
If your inventory has the following values:
1 night: $200 per night
2 nights: $180 per night
5 nights: $160 per night
The system will aggregate these into a price matrix. Example output:
"2025-07-10,1,1,200,2,360,5,800,7,980,30,3000,500,0" "2025-07-10,2,1,200,2,360,5,800,7,980,30,3000,500,0" "2025-07-10,3,1,200,2,360,5,800,7,980,30,3000,500,0" "2025-07-11,1,1,200,2,360,5,800,7,980,30,3000,500,0" ...
Limitations
Due to the large amount of data being processed, LOS Mode does not support immediate sync.
Instead, sync is triggered every 6 hours.
Availability changes, however, are synced immediately.
