We have a feature in Channex to close rooms at a certain time each day. This is useful if you don't want last minute bookings for example.
Examples:
You want to close off all availability each day at 4pm property time for the same day
You want to close off all availability each day at 4pm property time for today and tomorrow
How to set Cut Off
Go to your property page and edit the property
2. Then go to the Settings tab
Set a Cut Off
By default this field is set to "None"
You can change by setting a "Cut off Time", This will be based on the property timezone. You should check what timezone the property has set.
Cut ff Days: This is how many days are affected
"Same Day" would be the current day
"2 Days" Would be today and tomorrow
Etc.
How to Check
Depending on the time you set if it is already been or not, the inventory page should have 0 availability. I set 2 days so you can see 2 days are closed in this image.
Note: You cannot change the availability on the affected days. If you change here on this page or via API we will ignore and the rooms will stay closed. You can turn off the setting, then you can change availability again if you need.
