You can choose Channex in the channel manager section inside Traveloka extranet, or you can ask the support team to connect on your behalf. Once ready you will need a property ID which might be different to your actual ID. It will look something similar to this: LsBxFfgUQcuf

Create the Traveloka Channel

Go to the channels tab and click on "Create"

Select Traveloka as the channel

Title - Enter the name you would like here to describe this connection

Group: Choose the correct group of which property you need to connect.

Property: Choose the property you wish to connect from Channex

Hotel ID: This will be the Traveloka Hotel ID

Test Connection - This button will check if we have access to that property in Traveloka, if there is an error please check your property ID. You might need to ask the support team to check if Channex is connected.

Mapping

Click the mapping tab if the test button is a success, this will bring up mapping table.

Example:

Traveloka mapping will always be multi occupancy. If you don't support that you can map the same occupancy to all the different occupancies.

Traveloka only support meal plans on the room level so you might have multiple rooms of the same type but with different meal plans.

There will always only be 1 room type to map "RETAIL" only, all other rates are derived from this one

Now you can map the room types from Channex to the Traveloka Room types and also any rate plans.

Make sure all is mapped and nothing left unmapped.

Once you save the channel please activate it

With or without Tax/Commission

We have a setting to get with or without commission you can ask Traveloka to change settings to change without tax or without commission

If hotel wishes to receive the same amount as our hotel voucher, the hotel can contact their Traveloka representative to change the configuration in our extranet so that the amount after tax that we sent in the booking notification will be the same as our hotel voucher.

Common Errors

Warning Code="ARI_PARTIALLY_ERROR" ShortText="ARI Partially Error

This means that the price is either too low or too high, the proeprty needs to contact the OTA to find out what the limits are and maybe change them if not suitable.
