You can disconnect the Channel Manager in your Airbnb Extranet:

In your Airbnb Extranet, go to your Profile by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner

Towards the bottom you will see your Connected App, click on "Remove access" to disconnect Channex

3. Go to Privacy and Sharing
4. Towards the bottom you will see your Connected App, click on "Remove access" to disconnect Channex
