Introduction
Messaging and Reviews app will give access to the chat feature so you can view and reply to guest messages and the Review feature so you can view and reply to guest reviews.
Messaging and Reviews works with Booking, Expedia and Airbnb only.
How to add the app
Click on "Applications" tab and then on "Manage Apps"
Then click on the "Channex Messaging & Reviews" app
Click on the "Install" button
Once installed it will show in the installed app section
How to delete the app
Click on the red bin icon to remove it.
Where to find the apps after you install it
You will find in the navigation bar under "Applications"
Messages App
You will find a list of guest messages, you can click on a guest to see the message and reply
Reviews App
You can see your reviews and leave a response
