If you are subscribed to a paid account make sure you contact [email protected] first so we can cancel your subscription first.
If you are a normal user without a paid subscription you can delete your user account in your user profile
Log into Channex
Go to your user profile
3. Click on Remove user button at bottom of the screen
4. Enter the 2fa code that was sent to your email
What do we remove?
We will delete your user which means your email, account, properties and any user generated data. All data deleted is permanent and cannot be recovered.
